The AI inquiry and sales stack for senior living
Every family answered. Every tour followed through.
AnswerStack is the stack behind your sales team: AI that answers calls and website chat, books the right tour under your rules, follows the family to the visit, equips your counselors, and shows head office what is working. Use all of it, or just the part you need today.
- Says it is an AI, every time
- Your rules decide, not the model
- Pick any part. Add the rest later.
Works with the systems you already run
- WelcomeHome
- Google Calendar
- Microsoft 365
- Any CRM by webhook or MCP
Why it matters
Families decide over weeks. Most of it happens when nobody is free to answer.
A daughter calls at lunch. Her brother types a question at midnight. The tour gets booked, then forgotten. Every one of those moments is a gap between an inquiry and a move-in, and your counselors cannot be everywhere at once.
The call nobody answers
Evenings, weekends, and while your counselor is giving a tour.
The question nobody can answer
Care levels, pets, starting prices: the front desk does not know, so the family moves on.
The tour that never happens
Booked on the phone, forgotten by the weekend, with nothing in between.
The record nobody wrote
Calls re-typed into the CRM, or not at all, and head office never hears them.
The stack
One stack. Every step from first hello to move-in.
Each part works on its own and gets better with the others. Start where it hurts most.

One family, one story
How the parts work together
Linda is looking for memory care for her mother. Here is her week with a community that runs the whole stack.
Saturday, 7:42 PM
AI Phone Agent
The counselors’ phones ring out. The agent answers, says it is an AI, listens, and answers Linda’s questions about memory care and pets.
Saturday, 7:46 PM
Scheduling
Her mother needs memory care, so your rules offer a 60-minute tour with Dana, the memory care director. Thursday at 10 goes on Dana’s calendar.
Saturday, 7:49 PM
Follow-up Pages
Because Linda said yes on the call, she gets a text with her own page: the tour, a recap, Dana’s video and the pet policy.
Tuesday, 9:15 PM
Website Chat
On her page, Linda asks what the tour includes. The chat answers from her call. She sends the family link to her brother.
Thursday, 10:00 AM
Sales Team Tools
Dana opens the brief on her phone, gives the tour, takes notes and photos. The photos appear on Linda’s page that afternoon.
Friday, 8:00 AM
Insights
Head office sees the booked tour, the readiness score with its reasons, and an action item for Dana to follow up on Monday.
Careful by design
These are tender calls. It is built to treat them that way.
A daughter calling about her mother is not a lead form. AnswerStack is patient, honest about what it is, and quick to bring in a person.
Honest from the first sentence
It introduces itself as an AI on every call and chat. A playbook without that line cannot go live.
Never guesses
Facts come from your material, your price book or a tool you approved. Anything else waits for your team.
Your rules decide
Who gets a tour, who goes to a counselor and what happens after hours are rules in code, not choices the model makes.
Asks before it texts
Permission is asked in words you approve and kept with the exact question. STOP is honored at once.
A person, whenever they ask
A warm transfer with a briefing, or a callback time and an alert to your team.
Nothing private in a link
Pages assume they will be forwarded. No transcript, no address, no notes in anything a family can share.
For operators
Head office writes it once. Every community makes it its own.
Lock the disclosures and compliance wording. Let each community add its own people, photos, hours, prices and directions. Every change is a version you can roll back in one click.

Questions operators ask us
Do we have to buy the whole stack?
No. Start with any part: the phone agent after hours, website chat, booking pages for your reps, follow-up pages, rep call recording or insights. Each works on its own, and the parts share one playbook and one record when you add them.
Will families know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. It says so in its first sentence, on every call and chat, and that wording cannot be switched off. Families can ask for a person at any point.
Does this replace our sales counselors?
No. It covers the moments they cannot: after hours, weekends, and while they are with a family. It also gives them call notes, visit briefs, tasks and a mobile app, so they walk into every tour already knowing the story.
Which CRM and calendars does it work with?
WelcomeHome is built in. Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 work as shared booking calendars or each rep’s own. Any other CRM connects by a signed webhook or, if your vendor offers one, an MCP server.
Can it answer email and text conversations?
It sends email and texts: follow-up pages, confirmations and reminders, with permission. It does not hold conversations by text or answer inbound email. Families who want to talk get the phone agent or the chat.
How do we get access?
AnswerStack is in early access. Tell us about your communities and which parts you want first, and we will set up a sample community, let you call it from your own phone, and plan a pilot.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
Not today. AnswerStack is not offered as a HIPAA-covered service, and it is built not to collect clinical detail. If you need a business associate agreement, tell us and we will share our timeline.
Hear it answer for your community
Early access partners get a sample community set up with their own name and tour hours, a call from their own phone, and pilot pricing shaped around the parts they choose.
