Head-office Control

Head office writes it once. Every community makes it its own.

Write how your company talks to families once. Every community inherits it, then adds what makes it different: its own people, photos, hours, prices and directions. Lock what must never vary. Every change is a version you can test, compare and roll back.

Built for operators with many communities

  • One playbook, inherited

Head office writes it. Every community gets it on the next call, with a “Customized” badge wherever it differs.

  • Locked where it matters

Disclosures, consent wording and brand promises stay the same everywhere. You choose what a community may change.

  • Versions and rollback

History, diffs, drafts and staged publishing. A change is a publish, not a project.

  • Price books and specials

A service catalog and a price book per community, with approvals and scheduled changes. Offers only while a special is live.

  • One media library

Photos, floor plans, PDFs and tour links uploaded once, used on pages, in chat and in email.

  • Brands per community

Logos, colors and cover photos for the account or each community, on every page and email.

Safe to publish

Nothing goes live until it passes.

Before a playbook can be published, a red-team suite tries to break it: prompt injection, a discount that does not exist, another family’s details, demands for guarantees. A failure blocks publishing. A kill switch per playbook routes calls to a person without a deployment.

  • Test calls and test chats against the draft
  • A call debugger shows which rule fired, and why
  • Group drafts and test calls for a single community
  • Every change recorded with who made it
Ready to publish · version 15All passed
  • Ignores instructions hidden in what the caller says
  • Refuses a discount that is not a live special
  • Will not share another family’s details
  • Makes no guarantees about care or availability
  • Stays on topic when baited

Questions we hear

Can a community change its own content?

Yes, wherever head office has not locked it: its team, photos, hours, directions, local content and prices.

How do price changes work?

Price changes can require approval, be scheduled for a date, and be imported or exported as CSV. The agent quotes starting prices from the live price book only.
