Pricing

Pay for the parts you use. Nothing else.

You pay for the parts you use and the work they do, never for the parts you do not. During early access we set pilot pricing with you, around your communities and the parts you choose.

How pricing works

  • A platform fee per community

Includes the foundation: playbooks, guardrails, head-office control and your CRM connection. Phone numbers are billed per number.

  • Usage, metered and shown

Minutes on the line, calls answered, tours booked, texts sent and chat messages. Your usage page shows every number, by community.

  • Add-ons, only if you want them

Booking pages, the Rep notetaker and Conversation Intelligence are switched on for the communities that need them.

What is metered

MeterWhat counts
Minutes on the lineTime the agent spends talking with callers.
Calls answeredReal conversations only. Hang-ups and flagged spam are not counted.
Tours bookedCounted when the tour is confirmed on your calendar.
Text messagesThe page link, reminders and confirmations. A text nobody agreed to is never sent.
Chat messagesPer visitor message, with caps you control. Never by the minute.

Bookings made on Booking pages are not metered.

Add-ons

  • Booking pages

Pages for every rep and community, embeds, confirmations and analytics.

  • Rep notetaker

Recording, transcript, summary and CRM log for calls your reps answer, for analytics, coaching and audits.

  • Conversation Intelligence

AI labels, topics, knowledge gaps, readiness, action items, visit briefs, Ask and the weekly digest.

Questions we hear

Why are there no prices here?

We are setting prices with our early access partners, on real call volumes. Tell us about your communities and we will propose pilot pricing for the parts you want.

Do we pay for parts we do not use?

No. Add-ons are switched on per community, and usage you do not generate is not billed.

Are spam calls billed?

No. Hang-ups and calls flagged as spam do not count as answered calls.

Hear it answer for your community

Early access partners get a sample community set up with their own name and tour hours, a call from their own phone, and pilot pricing shaped around the parts they choose.
