Sales Team ToolsPaid add-on: Rep notetaker

Tools for the people who give the tours.

AnswerStack works for your counselors, not instead of them. When a rep answers, the call can be recorded, transcribed and summarized for analytics, coaching and audits. Before each tour the rep gets a brief; during it, notes and photos; after it, a CRM that already knows. All of it in a mobile app made for the tour floor.

For the people who give the tours

  • Rep calls, on the record

When a call goes to a rep, AnswerStack can stay on silently and keep the recording, transcript, answers and summary.

  • Live notes, corrected by the rep

A live notes page during the call, a link by text, and a review email after. The rep fixes what was misheard.

  • A brief before every tour

Who is moving, why now, what they asked, what worries them, and what is still unanswered.

  • Visit notes and photos

Private notes during the tour, next steps from your own lists, and photos that appear on the family’s page.

  • Tasks, not sticky notes

Next steps become CRM tasks, and “finish visit” logs the whole tour in one tap.

  • A mobile app for the floor

For iPhone and Android, phones and tablets, with Face ID and an offline outbox.

Rep notetakerPaid add-on: Rep notetaker

Every rep call recorded, for analytics, coaching and audits.

Calls your reps take count in your numbers too. The notetaker stays on silently, keeps the transcript and the answers to your questions, writes the summary and the CRM log, and feeds Insights, so managers can coach from real calls and head office can audit what is said.

  • Works on transfers and on calls a rep picks up first
  • Recording follows your account’s recording setting and disclosure
  • Same objectives and checks as the agent’s own calls
  • Metered separately, so you only pay for what reps use

Mobile app

The next tour, the brief and the notes, in their pocket.

Home shows the rep’s next tour with its brief. My meetings, my schedule, my tasks, my calls and my booking pages are one tap away. On a tour, the Visit tab takes notes, next steps and photos, and keeps working without a signal.

  • Face ID or fingerprint lock, with bank-style timeouts
  • Reschedule or cancel a meeting from the phone
  • An encrypted offline outbox that sends when the signal returns
  • Built for phones and tablets

Questions we hear

Does the AI talk on calls a rep takes?

No. On a rep’s call it only listens and takes notes. The family is told about recording the way your recording setting says.

Is the mobile app in the app stores?

Not yet. The app is rolling out with early access, and we set it up with your team when you join.

Who sees visit notes?

Visit notes are internal. Only the photos a rep marks for the family appear on the family’s page.

Hear it answer for your community

Early access partners get a sample community set up with their own name and tour hours, a call from their own phone, and pilot pricing shaped around the parts they choose.
