Everything a great first call needs

  • Honest from the first sentence

It says it is an AI before anything else, on every call. A playbook without that line cannot be published.

  • Answers from your material only

Care levels, apartments, pets, dining and starting prices come from what you approved. If it does not know, it says it will find out.

  • Knows returning families

It looks the caller up in your CRM and picks up from their last conversation, without reading out anything private.

  • Books the right tour

Real open times, with the right person, for the right length, under your booking rules.

  • A person whenever they ask

A warm transfer with a short briefing during staffed hours. After hours, a callback time and an alert to your team.

  • Every call on the record

Recording (your choice: always, never, or ask), transcript and summary, logged to the family’s record in your CRM.

How a call goes

  1. Step 1: Your reps get the first chance

Ring a group of reps first if you like. Whoever presses 1 takes the call; if nobody does, the agent answers.

  2. Step 2: It listens first

Who is calling, who the move is for, what kind of care, and how soon. One gentle question at a time, in the order you choose.

  3. Step 3: It answers their questions

From your brief, the community profile, your knowledge and price book, and tools you approved. Never from the model’s memory.

  4. Step 4: It books, or hands over

It offers real times and books the tour, or transfers to a person, takes a callback, or sends information, by your rules.

  5. Step 5: It follows through

With their permission, the family gets their own page by text or email. The call lands in your CRM without anyone typing.

Your team first

Ring your reps first. The agent answers when nobody can.

Build the call flow your community wants in a visual builder: ring a group of reps, rotate who goes first, give reps their own direct lines, and let the agent pick up when the rings run out.

  • Reps hear a short notice and press 1 to take the call
  • Different playbooks for business hours, evenings and holidays
  • Callers who hang up while phones ring become a missed-call alert
  • When a rep answers, the Rep notetaker can record and summarize the call

Sounds like your best counselor

Warm, patient, and quick to listen.

Natural turn-taking, a tone of voice you choose, and a check-in after something hard to say. It confirms names and emails like a person would, and lets a family correct it without starting over.

  • Choose from suggested voices, each with a sample
  • Volunteered answers are kept and confirmed, not asked twice
  • Talking points it covers before moving on
  • No medical advice, ever; an emergency gets told to call 911

Questions we hear

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. It says so in its first sentence, on every call, and that line cannot be switched off. Asked if it is a real person, it tells the truth.

Do we have to change our phone number?

Each community gets a local number. Publish it, or forward your existing inquiry line to it all the time, after hours, or only when nobody picks up.

Can it answer only after hours?

Yes. Route a number by schedule, with weekly windows and holiday dates, or ring your reps first and let the agent answer only when nobody can.

What does it say about pricing?

Only what is in your price book: starting prices, and specials only while they are live. If you would rather it not discuss cost, that is one setting.

Does it make outbound calls?

No. AnswerStack answers inbound calls only, in English. Follow-up goes out by text and email, with the family’s permission.
