Follow-up Pages

The tour is booked. Now get them to the door.

A tour booked on Tuesday is easy to forget by Saturday. Within a minute of the call, the family gets a page of their own by text or email: the tour, a recap in their words, the person they will meet, and a link to send the rest of the family.

Everything between the call and the visit

  • Their tour, and their words

Day, time, add to calendar, and a plain recap of what they told you.

  • Honest about open questions

What the agent could not answer is listed under “we’ll cover these when we meet.”

  • The person they will meet

A short video or a photo and a few lines. A name and a face turn an appointment into meeting somebody.

  • Directions written for nerves

Parking, the right entrance and accessibility notes. On the day of the visit, they move to the top.

  • A chat that knows the call

Families can ask a follow-up question on the page, and the chat answers from their own call.

  • Something to send to family

One tap makes a link for the daughter in another state. She sees the place, the person and the directions, and none of her mother’s details.

Texts and email

Reminders that respect the family.

Confirmations, reminders 24 and 2 hours before, moves, cancellations and an after-visit note, sent by text or email with the family’s permission and in your brand. Nothing sends overnight in your community’s time zone.

  • Permission asked on the call, in words you approve, and kept
  • STOP opts out everywhere at once, and reaches your CRM
  • Move or cancel from the page, under the same rules as the call
  • Visit photos appear on the page after the tour

Yours to shape

Change every section without a developer.

Choose which sections appear, in what order, in what words, before, on and after the visit. A full-screen editor previews a real caller’s page at phone, tablet and desktop size, with a “text it to me” button.

  • Content that responds to what was said, never to who the caller seems to be
  • Your colors, logo and typeface
  • You see who opened it, watched the video, or shared it
  • Never indexed by search engines, and safe to forward

Questions we hear

What if the family never booked?

They still get a page, with what they asked about and a button to pick a time when they are ready.

Is personal information on the page?

The page assumes it will be forwarded: no full phone number, no email, no address, no notes, no transcript. The family link has nowhere to put a recap at all.

Can families reply to the text?

Texts carry the page and reminders. A reply gets STOP, START, HELP or one automatic answer pointing to your number and the chat on their page.

Hear it answer for your community

Early access partners get a sample community set up with their own name and tour hours, a call from their own phone, and pilot pricing shaped around the parts they choose.
