My availability

Set the hours you take tours in. Callers are only offered times inside these hours and when your calendar is free.

Availability, in your Personal settings, is where you say when you take tours. Open the account menu (top right), choose Personal settings, then Availability. The assistant offers you to a caller only at a time that is inside your community's tour windows, inside your own hours, and free on your calendar. When a booking rule books through a booking page, the page's own hours (if it has any) take the place of the tour windows. Everyone on the team has it, including Sales reps.

Your hours are not your calendar. Lunch, time off and other appointments still come from your calendar. Your hours say when you take tours at all.

Your first schedule#

When your admin links your login to a community's staff entry (or the first time you open Availability), you get a schedule called Working hours, copied from that community's tour windows. Until you save it, calls and booking pages use each community's own tour windows for you, so being on two communities' staff never limits you to one of them. Once you save it, it is your default: the one the assistant and your booking pages use. See Which hours apply for how the different hours combine.

If Availability says you are not on any community's staff yet, ask your admin to add you to a community's Staff section and choose your login in the entry. Availability shows your sign-in email, which is how your login appears in that list.

Your next seven days#

Below your schedule, Your next seven days shows when you can actually be booked: each day's hours from your default schedule, with busy time on your calendar taken out. If your calendar is not connected, or did not answer, it says so and shows your hours alone.

Change your hours#

  1. Set your time zone

Your hours stay the same local time through daylight saving.

  2. Set your weekly hours

Add a stretch of hours, choose its days, and set when it starts and ends. Add more than one to split a day, for example 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Tick Until midnight for hours that run to the end of the day.

  3. Add dates that are different

Under Date overrides, press Add a date. Leave Unavailable all day ticked for a day off, or untick it and set that day's hours. A date override replaces that day's weekly hours.

  4. Save

Press Save hours. Callers are offered your new hours from the next call.

More than one schedule#

Press New schedule to keep other hours, such as Summer hours. A new schedule starts as a copy of your default. Make default makes it the one used on calls. You can remove any schedule except your default.

If you are at more than one community#

Choose your Primary community. Your first schedule and its time zone come from it.

When someone else changes your hours#

Account owners and admins can change your hours from Settings → Team. When they do, you get an email, and the change is recorded.
