My tasks
What your leads need from you next: a call back, a commitment to keep, a visit to prepare for. Work each one, snooze it, or hand it back.
My tasks lists what your leads need from you next, soonest first. It comes with Conversation Intelligence. Every task comes from one of a fixed set of rules, decided in code from what happened on calls, chats and pages. Nothing here contacts anyone.
A task is yours when you are the lead's rep in your CRM, or the person their tour is booked with. Owners, admins, editors, viewers and group managers work theirs on Today, under For me; My tasks is in the menu for Sales reps.
What a task shows#
- Why: the rule and its reason in plain words, such as Readiness 72, and nothing is booked.
- Who: the person's name, phone and email, from the call or from your booking page's form. Tap the number to call.
- When: the community and when it is due.
- The tour, when there is one of yours: Open the tour opens it in My tours, with its visit brief.
- A commitment (a callback, an answer to confirm, information to send): its kind and when it is due. What was promised is on the conversation, which only staff read.
Work a task#
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Done | It is closed, with an optional note for your team. |
| Snooze | It moves to Snoozed until tomorrow, for 3 days or for a week, then comes back. |
| Dismiss | It is closed with your reason, for your team. |
| Hand back | It goes to whoever the tour is with, or to the community's backup contacts if that is you. It leaves your list. To give it to a named person, ask your admin. |
A task whose rule stops holding (the lead booked a tour) closes on its own.
When the task is about a callback, Done also marks the callback done, and Dismiss marks it dismissed, so the overdue reminder stops. Reopening the task does not reopen the callback.
